go figure.
"u r going to australia to do arts?!"
yes i am aware that aussie is 'affectionately' known as the Land of the Dropouts.
yes i am aware that the arts course is often perceived as the Intellect Dumping Ground.
and yes i am aware that such pple have a mind as broad as the empty space between their ears.
this excerpt is from an entry taken off the blog of my ex-classmate.
im not even going to start with how disappointed i am to see/read that;dont bother debating with these ignorant twits who dont know any better.just feel disgusted.
hmmm, the person who said that to my ex-classmate should read the post below.since it is so easy, its for the dropouts right?
but to my exclassmate: if you think the way they do (which part of you do, from how you responded to that person's question, not the last sentence where u kinda redeemed yourself),you are not going to get the best out of it.smarten up.because in the end,we'll see who gets the last laugh.and if that person is smart enough,he/she wouldnt even say it in the first place.ignorant twits.enough said.
btw,i need to correct something for all singaporeans.i've heard this one trillion times: 'aussie' is a noun that refers to AUSTRALIAN/citizens of australia.not the land/country.
go figure.
